By changing the layout to a list of tasks consumers would take to choose and use Panadol, we improved this to 81% with our first prototyping and testing. And our final instruction design was used with 100% accuracy by all consumers tested.

Within 6 months our medicine instructions for Panadol became the industry standard approach, and is mimicked to this day. Design thinking that’s still a valid thought years later.
